  • Does 24 hours mean valid for 24 hours across 2 days?

    The name can sometimes be confusing; it is best advised to assume a 24 hours ticket to be a one-day ticket valid from the first scan of your ticket; hence the best use of your ticket would be if you started using it in the first half of the day.

  • Can I use my ticket across multiple routes in the same city?

    Will depend on what you bought; some will be specific to a route and some valid on all routes; please read carefully before buying your ticket; all our product descriptions specify the routes on sale.

  • Do the buses have a start and end point?

    Yes buses start and end at the same point. Is marked on the route map. However you don't have to board the bus from the start point. You can pickup the bus from any of the major points on the route if you are boarding for the first time. It is good practice to please refer to your voucher for any specific instructions.
