Please note

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organized activity to reconfirm.

The tour guide wearing a yellow uniform will meet you on the plaza, right outside of Starbucks. Do not enter Battery Park. Do not go to the Statue of Liberty ticket booth (they do not have your tickets). Proceed directly to the meeting location and your tour guide will be waiting for you to begin your fun day. after the visit to the Statue of Liberty and the orientation tour you will be provided with vouchers for the other attractions to use ant any point in the following 7 days. 

No need to print! If you are travelling with a smartphone or a tablet, you can present the voucher on your device for this activity.

Subway stops to the meeting point are R train to Whitehall Street; #4 or #5 train to Bowling Green station, and #1 train to South Ferry Station.

So there is no last minute rush, please arrive 20 minutes early.

A government issued photo I.D. must be provided in order to join the tour.

Ferries depart from Liberty Island to Ellis Island approximately every 20 minutes.  It's the same when returning to Battery Park.

Keep in mind that you will be required to go through a mandatory airport grade security screening prior to boarding the ferry.

People with limited mobility will unfortunately have to sit this one out.
