The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch, and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organized activity to reconfirm.

So there’s no last-minute rush, please arrive at the start point 20 minutes early.

The Maid of the Mist operates seasonally between May and October (exact dates subject to change) and is replaced by views from other observation points when not in operation. We won’t visit to the Canadian side, as process to get into Canada may be long. Boat ride will be replaced with Cave of the winds or Terrain Point when the boat is not operational as per season.

New York State law requires that all children be secured in an appropriate child restraint system while traveling in a motor vehicle until they reach the age of 8, and all children under the age of 2 must travel in a rear-facing safety seat. We do not provide these restraint systems, so you must bring them to ensure the safety of their children. If you do not provide the appropriate child restraint system, they will not be able to participate in the activity, and we will not be responsible for any refunds.
