Voucher information: Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this). At this time no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.

You have to go to Place de Sydney, near the Eiffel tower to collect your reservation with a member of our staff. Then at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, go to Entrance 1 with your reservation confirmation, in the line dedicated for the Brasserie. This line will be indicated by specific signs. Without confirmation, you may be refused access.

Guests of 12 years and above must be booked as adults. Child rates are applicable from the age of 4-11 years.

The skip-the-line access is subject to the Eiffel tower procedures: The Vigipirate plan, the security control or an unforeseen crowd can slow down the entrance.

This is not a guided tour, but a ticket with a specific entry time.

Free entry for children aged under 4.

Regulations for Eiffel Tower can change at the last minute without any notice.
