We enjoyed our tour on the red bus with the yellow stripe, which had a pre-recorded commentary in multiple languages, which you hear through ear buds in the language you choose. (Other busses have guides who repeat the commentary in more than one language). Make sure you get on the top deck of the bus, and if you can, take the tour on a day when the roof is folded back - you will see so much more on an open top bus. We recommend this tour.

The office had to call you and if the young woman was not so persistent, we feared we would have lost the tour and concert. Your part, I feel, should have a printout confirmation with Charlottesburg people even if you went through another company in agreement with both parties when booking the tickets. It's a matter of faith or consistency of professionalism. We plan to visit Spain and another Prague. Plus we plan to send our three grown children w/ their partners. I would not feel this was a strong choice. Because of experience and persistence. I like what you offered. But communication and easy access are key. Thank you, Suzanne Herbert
