City Sightseeing Berlin
Both my fiance and myself loved the tour buses. Very informative and worked well for us as we were only visiting Berlin for 2 days/ 1 night. Glad we booked the tour bus or we wouldn't have seen everything we wanted to see. Very happy with the service and I would recommend this tour to anyone.

The London Pass
Not everything worked out on our Weekend in London but the London Pass exceeded every expectation. We actually saw/did 5 expensive attractions in 1 day. In addition we received discounts at 2 stores, forgot to ask at the other 2 we bought stuff from. I felt great about this pricey purchase when we found out that we could not take pictures at St. Paul's Cathedral and Westminster Abbey. I would have cried to pay full price and then Learn no Photos. The free guide book is Wonderful!!! we used the Tube (underground) and this book made it possible for us to plan what was important, how long each place needed and we had alternates and filler options if things were closed. This was the best purchase on this trip.

Berlin Welcome Card
The free travel component of the card makes it particularly appealing and almost justifies the cost of the card on its own. The card gives you discounts at a very wide range of venues (I got into the habit of showing it everywhere just in case I got a discount, and it mostly worked), but note that it is always a discount and never free entry (so the card never allows you to jump a queue, e.g.). I ended up separately buying a Museum Pass to be able to jump the queue on Museum Island, which I greatly appreciated; there was some overlap between the two, but the Berlin Welcome Card has much wider coverage, so this worked out well for me. The main gotcha with the card is actually getting it. We were a bit too late to pick it up at Tegel, e.g. It was then advertised as being available from the Alexa Shopping Centre, but when we went to the appointed shop, we were told they had stopped issuing the card 6 months previously, so we had to go to the Brandenburg Gate to get it in the end (paying for public transport to get there, of course).
