Berlin is quite a sprawling city and the Berlin Card made access quick and simple to the S-BAHN, the U-BAHN and the extensive bus network. This together with discounts to most major attractions means that you recoup your outlay on the card quite quickly.

Me and my family had a great experience using the hop on hop off bus tour- firstly I would like to commend Nicola, Mido and Kevin- manger (I think ), we were in the Old town and we approached Nicola and she went out of her way to walk with us to the main office to sort out our queries, there Kevin and Mido gave us proper information and Kevin even spoke to the other operator of our pick up point for the dinner cruise - they also gave us discounts at the bar whilst waiting for the next tour bus which is really cool, I really appreciate what they did. With regards to the tour- I wish that you can add more stops along the way especially those important tourist spots. We had a minor problem when on the first day in Prague we decided to do the tour late in the day but when we checked the voucher the final tour was at 4pm. Two of us left a restaurant in the middle of a late lunch to try and find the stop number 2 to talk to someone before 4pm. Unfortunately we couldn't find stop number two and gave up. Luckily we found the ticket office on Celetna and were able to get tickets for the next day. The tour itself was excellent, informative and in a lovely open topped bus which was a blessing with the hot weather.

It's very convenient to observe the city with a pass. You can use it for several days and visit the most interesting attractions around the city. I missed Planetarium and Field Museum 'cause I did not find it interesting. But as for Observation decks and Ocenarium - I loved all of them. And the pass saves some money, too!
