We were happy with the this experience. We did not have London pass with travel but nevertheless it was very useful if you want to see many attractions in a short period of time and saves some money plus priority entrance to some of the attractions saved our time as well.

It's simple and convenient, good schedule.

We did the 2-day 2-tour option which was great value for money but we were never asked what 2-tours we wished to book. These were allocated on arrival on the first day & we had problems on the 2nd day as we wanted A&C rather than A&B. However, the City Sightseeing rep on the 2nd day was very helpful & did get authorisation to change our ticket. This was after a bit of heated discussion & with a bit of force on my part as I had printed off 2 confirmation vouchers as I didn't "trust" the booking system. This could easily be resolved by Isango at the time of booking by asking for a pre-selection in advance & the voucher stating the choice. The actual tours were excellent, ran on time. We did one with headphones which is a bit of a bemusing double act and one with a guide who was extremely informative & interesting.

Great way to get your bearings in any city and stop off at the sites that interest you most. For Berlin, it was worth doing the combined package (2 lines) as there is so much to do and see and everything is spread out throughout the city. We combined shopping, eating, sightseeing, and exercise on our weekend trip using the City Sightseeing Bus service.

Best Way to see the City. Easy to find pick up location and all major spots hit on the way...We were there for the history and the ride was a wonderful tool to find the places we wanted to see and also being able to hear short history on places we had not thought to see before the trip...At one point towards the end we were all waiting on the bus to come and we did not know the times a got futher apart so we were all a little worried but the bus came and all was wonderful...SUGGESTIONS- More information on the places we were pasing by and not the information after we had already passed the object of discussion...I would recommend this to anyone visiting Berlin. It was a great way to see around the city and have some of the major points told to us...
