Easy to find and use. The location of the river boat was not well explained. Had to change buses at one point because of driver changeover which was inconvenient.

I purchased the Vienna Passes for myself and my two friends. We didn't have to worry about the Hop on Hop off busses because we just went to the offices of the Vienna Passes and we were given a money off voucher booklet and the passes to wear immediately. We still had to queue in some places to get a valid entry ticket but it wasn't too long anywhere. Busses ran regularly and we never waited longer than 5 minutes at any given time. I certainly would recommend getting a Vienna Pass.

the go san francisco card that we purchased from insango, had everything , i was hesitant to purchase because it was cheaper than the one sold by other companys. so glad i did buy! What a great way to have a ton of stuff to do on vacation. we had no problems with lines or usage of the card, we had a 3 day pass and still had many other thing we could had done. I would tell you when you buy your card, get a plan for what to do on what day! that will help that is what we did and we had a great trip. Thank you Insango and i will hope your card is available in the next town we visit.
