It is compulsory to provide the first and last name of every passenger on every booking.

Please email the first and last name of every passenger to support@isango.com once you have made the booking. Customers without a valid ID card or with a name not matching the ticket will be refused the entrance. It will not be possible to change the name on a ticket once it is purchased.

If you buy the package with City Sightseeing Hop On Hop off 48h, the entrance ticket to the Colosseum will be booked for the 1st day of visit at the time indicated by you. By booking this package you can indicate the day and time of the visit you prefer.
