It is compulsory to provide the first and last name of every passenger on every booking.

Please email the first and last name of every passenger to support@isango.com once you have made the booking. Customers without a valid ID card or with a name not matching the ticket will be refused the entrance. It will not be possible to change the name on a ticket once it is purchased.

Your ticket is valid for use only on the day you start your Hop-On, Hop-Off Tour. The time slot you select is for Colosseum entry. Please reach Colosseum 20-30 minutes prior your booked time slot for security checks.
